ردیاب هوشمند خودرو با رزبری‌پای پیکو و ماژول GPS

تأمین امنیت ماشین و دونستن اینکه هر لحظه کجاست، یکی از دغدغه‌های مهم خیلیاست. استفاده از ردیاب‌های آماده تو بازار یه گزینه‌ست، اما ساختن یه ردیاب اختصاصی که دقیقا بدونی چطور کار می‌کنه، هم جذاب‌تره و هم خیالت رو بابت امنیت راحت‌تر می‌کنه.

تو این پروژه از آیسی‌مدار قراره یه دستگاه ردیاب خودرو بسازیم که موقعیت دقیق ماشین رو از ماهواره‌ها می‌گیره و از طریق پیامک برات می‌فرسته. مغز متفکر این مدار برد رزبری‌پای پیکو هست که با زبان میکروپایتون برنامه‌ریزی می‌شه.

برای پیدا کردن لوکیشن از ماژول معروف NEO-6M و برای ارسال پیامک از ماژول سیم‌کارت SIM800L استفاده می‌کنیم. پس قطعاتت رو آماده کن تا بریم سراغ مونتاژ و ساخت این ردیاب کاربردی.

قطعات موردنیاز

مرحله ۱

مونتاژ قطعات و سیم‌کشی روی بردبورد

مراحل انجام کار:

  1. اول برد رزبری‌پای پیکو، ماژول GPS مدل NEO-6M و ماژول سیم‌کارت SIM800L رو روی بردبورد قرار بده.
  2. حالا با استفاده از سیم‌های جامپر، ماژول سیم‌کارت رو دقیقا طبق این الگو به پیکو وصل کن:

  1. بعد از اون، اتصالات ماژول GPS رو هم با جامپرها به این شکل برقرار کن:

وقتی این اتصالات رو انجام دادی، بریم سراغ مرحله بعدی.

مرحله ۲

نکاتی برای پایداری و کیفیت مدار

برای اینکه ردیاب خودرو همیشه و تو هر شرایطی درست کار کنه، خیلی مهمه که از قطعات باکیفیت و اورجینال استفاده کنی. ماژول‌هایی مثل GSM و GPS به شدت به نویز و افت ولتاژ حساس هستن و اگه قطعاتت کیفیت لازم رو نداشته باشن، ممکنه وسط کار قطع بشن.

علاوه بر کیفیت قطعات الکترونیکی، باید به فکر یه قاب و بدنه محکم هم باشی تا وقتی دستگاه رو تو ماشین نصب می‌کنی، در برابر لرزش و ضربه مقاوم باشه. برای طراحی یه باکس حرفه‌ای می‌تونی از این روش‌ها استفاده کنی:

  1. استفاده از پروفیل‌های آلومینیومی: این پروفیل‌ها خیلی محکم هستن و می‌تونی یه محفظه امن برای ردیابت بسازی.
  2. پرینت سه‌بعدی: اگه به پرینتر سه‌بعدی دسترسی داری، طراحی یه قاب اختصاصی با پلاستیک فشرده بهترین گزینه برای پروژه‌های پرتابله.

پس قبل از اینکه مدارت رو تو ماشین نصب کنی، حتما اتصالات رو لحیم کن و یه جای امن براش در نظر بگیر تا خیالت از بابت کارکرد طولانی‌مدتش راحت باشه.

مرحله ۳

تأمین تغذیه مدار و اتصالات نهایی

بریم سراغ تأمین انرژی دستگاه:

  1. طبق نقشه قبلی، پایه‌های تغذیه ماژول‌های GPS و GSM رو به این شکل وصل کن:

GND --> GND (Raspberry Pi Pico)

نکات مهم درباره منبع تغذیه:

  1. تغذیه از طریق USB: برای برنامه‌نویسی و تست اولیه، کافیه رزبری‌پای پیکو رو با یه کابل سالم به کامپیوتر یا شارژر فندکی ماشین وصل کنی.
  2. تغذیه خارجی (پیشنهاد برای نصب تو ماشین): ماژول SIM800L برای وصل شدن به شبکه به جریان بالایی نیاز داره. حتما از یه منبع تغذیه 5 ولت با جریان‌دهی مناسب یا یه باتری لیتیومی (با ولتاژ 3.7 تا 4.2 ولت) استفاده کن تا ماژول سیم‌کارت موقع ارسال پیامک ریست نشه.
مرحله ۴

آپلود کدهای میکروپایتون با نرم‌افزار Thonny

حالا که سخت‌افزار آماده شده، باید برنامه‌ریزی مغز متفکر مدار رو شروع کنیم. برای این کار از نرم‌افزار Thonny استفاده می‌کنیم.

کدهای اصلی پروژه

ما تو این پروژه از کتابخونه MicropyGPS برای خوندن دیتای ماهواره‌ها استفاده می‌کنیم. کدهای زیر رو تو یه فایل به اسم main.py قرار بده و روی برد ذخیره کن:

مرحله ۵

عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات رایج

مشکل در اتصال GPS (چشمک نزدن ال‌ای‌دی)

  1. مطمئن شو آنتن GPS به سمت آسمون و تو فضای باز باشه.
  2. برای اولین اتصال (Cold Start) معمولا 2 تا 5 دقیقه زمان لازمه؛ پس کمی صبر کن.
  3. پایه‌های TX و RX رو چک کن که برعکس وصل نشده باشن.
  4. ولتاژ 3.3 ولت ماژول GPS رو با مولتی‌متر اندازه بگیر.

ماژول سیم‌کارت (GSM) جواب نمی‌ده

  1. منبع تغذیه رو چک کن (باید بین 3.7 تا 4.2 ولت با آمپر بالا باشه).
  2. مطمئن شو سیم‌کارت پین‌کد نداره و شارژ پولی هم داشته باشه.
  3. آنتن ماژول رو محکم سر جاش قرار بده.
  4. تنظیمات APN اپراتورت رو تو کدها بررسی کن.
  5. می‌تونی از دستورات AT برای تست دستی ماژول استفاده کنی.

پیامک حاوی لوکیشن ارسال نمی‌شه

  1. شماره موبایلت رو تو کدها با فرمت بین‌المللی (بدون صفر و با کد کشور) وارد کن.
  2. مطمئن شو سیم‌کارت قابلیت ارسال پیامک داره.
  3. چشمک زدن ماژول رو چک کن تا مطمئن بشی به شبکه وصل شده (حدودا هر 3 ثانیه یک‌بار).
  4. آنتن‌دهی منطقه رو با یه گوشی دیگه تست کن.

کدها روی برد آپلود نمی‌شن

  1. مطمئن شو فریم‌ور (Firmware) میکروپایتون به درستی روی برد نصب شده.
  2. کابل USB رو چک کن که قابلیت انتقال دیتا داشته باشه.
  3. پورت USB کامپیوتر رو عوض کن.
  4. یه بار نرم‌افزار Thonny رو ببند و دوباره باز کن.
مرحله ۶

نتیجه‌گیری و تست نهایی ردیاب

خسته نباشی! حالا یه ردیاب هوشمند و دقیق داری که می‌تونی اون رو روی ماشین، موتور یا حتی دوچرخه‌ات نصب کنی. به محض اینکه دستگاه روشن بشه، لوکیشن دقیق رو از ماهواره می‌گیره و برات پیامک می‌کنه تا همیشه خیالت از بابت امنیت وسیله‌نقیله‌ات راحت باشه.
